Job Summary
The Workforce Fulfillment & HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing manpower deployment, staffing coordination, and HR operational support to ensure workforce readiness across business operations. The role works closely with Recruitment, Operations, and Field Teams to ensure timely deployment and onboarding execution.
