Job Description
Lead impactful workforce training programs at Manchester Community College as a Workforce Development Manager. Collaborate with industry partners to design, deliver, and enhance non-credit trades education.
The Workforce Development Manager oversees outreach strategies and cultivates relationships with businesses to identify training needs. You will coordinate and implement professional development courses across industries, such as manufacturing and IT. Working closely with the MCC Workforce Development Director, your expertise in adult education and program evaluation will be essential.
