The Workforce Development and Educational Coordinator leads strategic efforts to build and sustain a strong healthcare workforce for the organization and surrounding rural communities. This role collaborates closely with local economic development councils, local school districts, and other educational and workforce partners to recruit talent and develop long-term pipelines into healthcare careers. The Coordinator designs and supports programs, partnerships, and initiatives that address immediate staffing needs while cultivating future healthcare professionals from within the local population. By aligning internal and external stakeholders, this position plays a vital role in ensuring that the hospital is equipped with a capable, community-connected workforce to meet current and future care demands.
