Job Description
Waste Connections is currently seeking an experienced **Workers Compensation Claims Specialist** to become part of the Risk Department of the Corporate Headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas.

Responsibilities:
+ Oversee claims management activities of the Third-Party Administration including investigations, reserve adequacy, settlement evaluations and claim resolution strategy
+ Assist field locations in administration of workers compensation claims
+ Perform a variety of risk management administrative functions including data collection, report generation and financial analysis
+ Attend claim reviews and other claim related events
+ Ability to handle complex litigated cases
+ Strong investigative background necessary
