Job Overview
As a Workday Integration Specialist reporting to the Sr. Director – HRIS & Analytics, you will design and deliver Workday technology solutions that support Nasdaq's HR operations and global people strategy. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, Cloud Connectors, and EIB to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.
- Translate business requirements from HR stakeholders into robust Workday configurations, reports, and custom applications.
- Lead end‑to‑end testing for integrations, including unit test case creation and ensuring quality and adherence to SDLC standards.
