Report Development: Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports, to ensure complex business needs are met Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by reviewing system audit reports and recommending process improvements. Create a Reporting Governance which is adapted across the company to ensure adherence to data standards and reporting hygiene. Analytics and Insights: Analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns, supporting strategic business decisions.
