Job Description
Cognizant is seeking a Workday consultant to bridge business and technical teams during transformation, implementation, and operation phases of Workday projects. You will guide clients through design, configuration, testing and deployment, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to ongoing knowledge sharing.
You will leverage your experience in Workday and ERP/SaaS environments to tailor solutions, manage risks, and ensure successful transitions from legacy systems to the Workday HCM
