Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Finance, Recruiting). Configure and maintain Workday applications based on client/business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT. Lead or support Workday implementation and enhancement projects. Perform system testing (unit testing, UAT) and ensure data integrity. Provide functional expertise and recommend best practices. Troubleshoot issues and provide production support. Create reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday. Support integrations and data migration activities. Train end-users and create documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, IT, or related field. 2–8+ years of experience working with Workday (depending on role level).
