We are seeking a TA Systems Expert to lead the implementation and continuous evolution of our Talent Acquisition technology stack. You will be the boots on the ground, responsible for ensuring our transition to Workday Recruiting is flawless and that we are leveraging cutting‑edge AI tools to gain a competitive advantage in the talent market.

This is an on‑site role designed for a professional who thrives on direct stakeholder engagement and has a proven track record of delivering successful, large‑scale HR technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end implementation/optimization of Workday Recruiting, including discovery, design, configuration, and UAT.
• Own the Business Process (BP) design, ensuring workflows are lean, automated, and provide a world‑class candidate experience.
