- Provide deep subject matter expertise within total rewards technologies, with specific focus on Workday capabilities.
- End to End Configuration of Workday Compensation and Advanced Comp solutions independently
- Translate business process into Workday capabilities and work effectively with business stakeholders to co-design end-to-end solutions that effectively leverage tech and data capabilities to deliver outcomes and ensure delightful customer experiences
- Partner with Product Management to drive discussions to ensure the necessary data for design and requirement decisions is readily available.Provide input into Total Rewards and Performance product roadmaps
