Key Responsibilities:
Manage CRM databases and lead pipelines
Respond to and qualify inbound leads
Assign, nurture, and track leads through the sales process
Build follow-up workflows and support agent productivity
Create reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Google Sheets

Qualifications:
