About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, you'll lead and support production teams to safely achieve operational and production targets across the site. This is a varied and rewarding leadership role where you'll work closely with operators, maintenance personnel, and site leadership to drive performance, improve efficiency, and foster a strong safety culture.
