Job Description
We are seeking an experienced WMS Technical Consultant to support and enhance warehouse management solutions in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide technical and functional support, perform system enhancements, and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and enhancements for BY WMS applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot WMS modules and monitor batch jobs.
- Develop and maintain MOCA components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, reports, and labels.
- Support integrations between WMS and external systems.
- Analyse and resolve production issues within agreed service levels.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions and improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation and support testing activities.
