About the Company
: Segula Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Design & Release (D&R) Engineer to join our team in Toluca. In this hybrid role, you will take lead ownership of the design, development, validation, and release of Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS) and wiring harness assemblies from concept through production launch. You will act as the primary technical authority between product engineering, manufacturing plants, and Tier-1 suppliers, ensuring that all wiring components meet rigorous functional, packaging, quality, and cost requirements, while guiding junior team members.
