Job Description
Embark on a global maritime journey with OSM Thome as a Wiper aboard a container vessel. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the engine room, assisting in the maintenance and operation of machinery.
- **Assisting engineers with the maintenance and cleaning of engines and machinery.**:
- **Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the engine room and associated areas.**:
- **Following safety protocols and reporting any issues to supervisors.**
- Previous seafaring experience is an advantage but not required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Valid STCW certification and other mandatory maritime documents.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well as a part of a team.
