Windows and VMware Engineer :
Experience Must Have:
Around 12 years of domain experience in any three of the following domains (Windows,
VMWare, Citrix, Exchange, PRTG, ADFS, AD and Linux)
2 years of team management experience in onshore/offshore model
Act as single point of contact for the client for all Infrastructure requirements
Collate, consolidate and present reports on Tickets to the client
2 years of Project management experience is desirable
Outstanding communication/presentation skills
ITIL V3 foundation certification / Knowledge
Excellence in Customer interaction.
Experience in Data Centre operations.
Business acumen and IT knowledge
Excellence in strategic and analytical problem solving
