Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform system health reviews, performance tuning, and resilience improvements
- Provide 24×7 operational support with shift flexibility
- Define and maintain configuration standards and design guidelines for Windows environments
- Manage incident escalations, system recovery, and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Automate repetitive operational and administrative tasks
- Plan and execute patching, OS updates, and software upgrades
- Implement, configure, and maintain system monitoring solutions
- Support project lifecycle activities (design, implementation, and handover)
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Respond promptly to support tickets, alerts, and incident calls
