Job Description
Functional & Technical Competencies . Windows Server 2012/2008, Citrix, VMware, IIS, RDP, SSH
. Citrix 7.x, NetScaler, StoreFront
. Server hardening expertise
. Middleware: Connect:Direct, SSH, IIS
. Scripting: Batch, PowerShell or Python (Mandate)
. Linux knowledge (added advantage)
. Certifications (Microsoft/Citrix) preferred
Key Responsibilities
. Perform system reviews, tuning, and resilience improvements
. Provide 24×7 support with shift flexibility
. Define configuration standards & design guidelines for Windows OS
. Handle escalations, system recovery & root cause analysis
. Automate repetitive operational tasks
. Drive patching and OS/software upgrades
. Implement and maintain service monitoring
. Support project phases (design - implementation- handover) . Assist with compliance & audit requirements . Respond to support tickets, calls, and alerts promptly
