About the opportunity:
As a Forecasting Analyst in the WFM team, you are responsible for producing high quality demand forecasts for different workstreams across operations. Your forecasts will be used for capacity planning, budget planning, and shift scheduling of our in-house teams and external partners. Additionally your forecasting expertise will be used to support the implementation of new products and key initiatives, and you will be the internal go-to person for forecasting related questions. You will challenge existing frameworks and implement innovative solutions using your experience and knowledge.
In this role, you will:
Forecast resource requirements across different teams and workstreams to meet customer/stakeholder demand and required service levels.
Produce analytics on forecast performance, as well as volume evolution and the effect of internal or external factors on volume such as new product launches.
