We are looking for a Workforce Administrator to support workforce planning, resource coordination, and capacity management across multiple projects and business functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate workforce data, monitoring resource utilization, and providing actionable insights that support staffing decisions, project delivery, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate has experience in workforce planning or resource management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Resource Coordination
- Support workforce planning activities by coordinating approved staffing and capacity plans.
- Monitor resource allocation across projects and identify utilization gaps, capacity constraints, or staffing risks.
