Job Description
Responsibilities
- Take on the role of Process owner and implement process improvement projects to achieve the best possible process cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters.
- Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
- Manage new equipment qualification, liaise with maintenance until release of the tool to production.
- Plan, organize and implement technical support and expertise on specific tools to Assistant Shift Process Engineers and Technicians.
- Provide training to Shift Engineers, Technicians to enhance their troubleshooting skills and equipment knowledge.
- Implementation and Review of FDC/APC setup for manufacturing tools.
- Translates the requirements of Production and IE needs to achieve the overall committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters.
