Responsibilities
- Involved in the preparation and cooking of all related Western, Canape, Tea Reception Buffet Catering and Sit Down event.
- Produce high quality plated both design, taste and quality wise to drive company's profit and customer satisfaction and expectations.
- Able to work independently and hands on in mis-en-place for all food ingredients.
- Ensuring the food preparation are clean and hygienic.
- Ensure prompt housekeeping in food preparation area, equipment and other kitchen tools.
