Overview
As a Wellness Ambassador , you will be promoting a healthy lifestyle and assisting customers in making informed choices about natural, wholesome products. You will serve as a guide, educator, and advocate for wellness while ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment
- Assist customers in choosing products based on their health and wellness needs
- Educate customers on nutrition, wellness, and product benefits
- Support in maintaining store cleanliness, visual display, and inventory management
- Promote store campaigns, product launches, and events
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
