Qualification: LLB or MHRM qualification.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing industry.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Welfare Officer to join manufacturing plant in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for employee welfare, industrial relations, recruitment of factory workers, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Handle employee grievances and support healthy employee relations.
- Coordinate with management and workmen/trade unions to resolve workplace issues.
- Recruit factory workers and executive trainees.
