In this role, you will be responsible for managing the welding program's operations, ensuring adherence to CSA codes, and tailoring procedures to meet project demands. You will oversee the inspection processes, maintain documentation, and maintain effective communication with NDT inspectors. Your contribution will be crucial in training personnel and performing annual audits to uphold standards throughout all departments.
