About the role
We have a two years fixed-term opportunity for a Welding Advisor to help deliver and protect critical water infrastructure. As an Advisor in this role, you'll provide technical guidance, inspections, and quality assurance across major projects, influencing standards, supporting contractors, and ensuring assets are built to the highest levels of safety, quality and compliance.This role will be based in our Leederville office, reporting to the Team Leader Mechanical & Welding Assurance
What the role will involve
- Providing expert welding, fabrication, and inspection advice across major infrastructure projects
- Auditing contractor welding activities to ensure compliance with standards, specifications, and quality requirements
- Reviewing welding procedures, qualifications, and construction documentation for fitness for purpose
