Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Welder/Grinder to join our team in Midland Texas. This position will perform duties including welding various types of materials with MIG and TIG both in manual and automated applications as well as manual and CNC grinding.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for manufacturing and repair functions in the welding and grind shop.
+ Repair downhole drilling equipment, including stabilizers.
+ Work with management to estimate time frame on welding and grinding jobs.
+ Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
