**Responsibilities**
+ Assist certified welders with setup, preparation, and execution of welding tasks.
+ Prepare materials for welding including cleaning, grinding, cutting, and fit-up.
+ Move and stage materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Operate basic shop tools such as grinders, saws, and measuring devices.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in accordance with 5S standards.
