**MIG & TIG WELDERS NEEDED! 1ST AND 2ND SHIFT!**
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform high-quality TIG/MIG welding on thin-gauge aluminum parts used in aircraft and rail cockpit assemblies.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand weld requirements, dimensions, and tolerances.
+ Set up and operate TIG welding equipment according to job specifications and safety standards.
+ Inspect welds visually and dimensionally to ensure they meet quality and safety requirements.
+ Collaborate with team members to support production goals and maintain consistent workflow in the weld area.
+ Follow established procedures and best practices to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
+ Participate in cross-training opportunities in the press department, spot welding, and other areas as needed to support overall operations.
