Connect2Hackney are recruiting for a Support Worker to join Hackney's Welcome Hackney service, supporting refugees, migrants and asylum seekers to build independence, access services and successfully integrate into the community.
This is a rewarding frontline role where you'll provide trauma-informed, person-centred support and make a real difference to vulnerable residents across the borough.
About the Role
You'll play a vital part in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment in Hackney, helping individuals navigate services and build stable, independent lives. The role involves a mix of 1:1 support, advocacy, partnership working and group delivery, using a strengths-based approach throughout.
