Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh all inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods
- Capture and record weights, product codes, batch numbers, and quantities on the system
- Issue and verify weighbridge documentation (weigh slips, delivery notes, gate release notes)
- Check supporting documents and report discrepancies immediately
- Support stocktakes, audits, and reconciliation processes
- Monitor vehicle loading to prevent overloading or underloading
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal metrology requirements
- Communicate clearly with drivers, transporters, and internal teams
- Prepare daily and monthly weighbridge and dispatch reports
