Job Description
YOUR ROLE
- Develop and maintain websites based on the Sitefinity CMS, ensuring high performance, Accessibility (WCAG 2.1–2.2), security, and SEO/SEM optimization
- Contribute to building scalable solutions with a strong focus on performance and maintainability
- Maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs
- Troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with designers, content teams, and internal clients to deliver tailored web solutions
- Actively monitor and act on SEO and accessibility reports to drive continuous improvements in site performance, organic traffic, and visibility across both traditional and AI-powered search engines
- Work with tools such as Hawksearch and Applitools to support continuous improvement of site search performance and automated page testing
- Partner with external agencies to ensure the timely delivery and quality of joint projects
