**Essential Job Duties:**
+ Develop enhancements and complete the remaining web development for the Western Small Flocks Collaborative educational platform, ensuring all project deliverables are completed in accordance with federal grant requirements, project timelines, and established technical standards.
+ Design and implement new website features, functionality, and user interface improvements by incorporating feedback from project coordinators, subject matter experts, and stakeholders while maintaining consistency with the existing platform architecture.
+ Maintain and optimize the functionality, performance, accessibility, security, and usability of the web-based application by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to ensure a reliable and intuitive user experience.
