Job Description: Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deployment of web applications for desktop/laptop PCs, server computers, REST/SOAP Services, web APIs, and/or mobile devices for FedEx Freight. Create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly, intuitive design with clear navigation. Identify and develop decision support web application solutions that optimize, measure, track, and support improved business performance. Perform highly technical development activities using standard web technologies (i.e., HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3) that work across multiple device platforms. Use back-end programming languages (e.g., ASP, Java, C#, MVC, MVVM etc.) in addition to the front-end scripting languages (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3) to optimize performance, security, and scalability.
