Job Responsibilities:
• Develop advanced proficiency in navigating Wealth Plan and related planning tools to provide accurate and timely support for client financial planning.
• Respond to and resolve first-level inquiries related to Wealth Plan, including assisting with data inputs, clarifying methodology, and troubleshooting how-to questions from advisors.
• Build a deep understanding of JPMWM's wealth planning philosophy and U.S. financial planning topics.
• Provide ad-hoc training to advisors and team members based on questions and issues that arise through the help desk.
• Share updates on new platform enhancements and educate advisors on how to use new features.
• Gather feedback from advisors and relay it to technology teams to support ongoing platform improvements.
• Maintain clear records of inquiries and identify opportunities to streamline support processes and enhance team efficiency.
