Job Description
Our client, one of the big 5 banks in Canada, is hiring a Wealth Operations Associate to support back-office processing within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is hybrid, with the expectations of working in the office 1 day a week (downtown Toronto).
This is a non-customer-facing, back-office role focused on processing transactions, reviewing account documentation, managing service requests, and supporting internal business teams. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all requests are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with internal procedures, compliance requirements, and service-level expectations.
