Role Purpose

The Wealth Management Platform Lead will be responsible for the end‑to‑end ownership of the Bank’s Wealth Management platform, ensuring stability, scalability, security, regulatory compliance and continuous enhancement of the platform. The role requires a strong blend of Wealth Management domain expertise, technical leadership, stakeholder management, vendor governance and delivery ownership across both Run‑the‑Bank (RTB) and Change‑the‑Bank (CTB) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Own and manage the Wealth Management platform roadmap, strategy, operational stability, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Act as the single point of accountability for platform availability, performance, security, and service quality.
• Possess strong functional knowledge of Wealth Management processes, including Portfolio Management, Investment Products, Advisory Services and Client Onboarding.
