- Perform emergency services and stabilization
- Perform light construction demo upon approval
- Set up air movers and/or dehumidifiers and monitor drying process daily
- Perform hard surface cleaning
- Follow repair plans to meet the needs of clients
- Perform Board Up and Tarp Off Services
- Understand and maintain knowledge of the ServiceMaster Qualified Restoration Vendor (QRV) Program
- Keep on schedule with daily uploads and readings regarding the drying of each project’s structure
