Key Responsibilities:
• Lead restoration teams in water damage mitigation
• Ensure projects meet IICRC S500 standards
• Manage safety barriers and PPE compliance
• Oversee documentation and project records
• Conduct site assessments and delegate tasks
Requirements:
• 3+ years in water restoration industry
• Required certifications: WRT, ASD, OSHA
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
• Strong communication skills in English
• Understanding of construction and drying techniques
