Eligibility Criteria


Expressions of interest are invited from suitably experienced and qualified Crew Managers and Watch Managers. Eligible applicants will need to meet the following criteria as a minimum:

  • Be a competent, substantive Crew Manager and been successful in the Watch Manager promotion board or be a substantive wholetime Watch Manager.

  • Qualified L1 ICS

  • Not subject to formal performance improvement actions, nor have any live disciplinary sanctions.
