Wastewater Design Engineer – Cape Town (Ref CT0122)
JG Afrika is looking to appoint a Wastewater Design Engineer to join our Cape Town office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design of wastewater and related civil engineering infrastructure
- Preparation of contract documentation
- Contract administration and site involvement
- Support with Green Drop and Blue Drop compliance
- Must be willing to travel on short notice and work on site as required
Qualifications:
- BSc / BEng / BTech in Civil Engineering
- Registered or close to registering with ECSA as a Professional Engineer/Technologist
- Valid driver’s licence
Experience:
- 3–10 years’ post-graduation experience in wastewater infrastructure design and contract administration
- Solid understanding of wastewater treatment processes
