Supervise the daily operations of the ADM trucking wash bay.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Inspect trailer washes to maintain quality standards
+ Lead training requirements for the shift’s work group jobs being performed.
+ Make judgment calls to achieve daily goals
+ Monitor confined space entries
+ Must have the ability to lead a growing and diverse workforce.
+ Implement policies, procedures and guidelines in a consistent manner.
+ Coordinate with dispatch and city management so that equipment is ready when needed.
