Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage the warranty of BS New Projects in the Spain and Italy area.
Ensure that customers are provided with the highest levels of service in regards to the warranties on products and services.
Provide customer service, managing and tracking warranties, monitoring and evaluating warranty claims, and working with suppliers and vendors to resolve customer warranty issues.
Work with management to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service in regards to warranties.
Requirements
University degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent technical background.
Experience in warranty management within an industrial or technical environment.
Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to standardize and improve workflows.
Problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
