Opportunity
Accountable/responsible for ensuring the consistent application and administration of the company’s warranty programs. Updates warranty information as required and provides accurate records and documentation as applicable.
The Role
- Review and process warranty claims, including assessment of non‑warranty part and/or labor for both warrantable and partially warrantable repairs.
- Maintain communication with supplier representatives and support centers to determine warrantable repairs.
- Maintain warranty parts records and ensure supplier procedures for retaining used parts are followed; process warranty returns to appropriate suppliers.
- Manage and track warranty claim reports to ensure delinquencies are being paid and handled effectively.
