Job Description
Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records for Incoming material & issued materials. He must ensure that stock levels are adequate and review obsolete materials.
Order Management: They are responsible for ordering new items required against SO as needed and ensuring that all incoming materials are verified against Purchase orders.
Record Keeping: Keeping detailed records of all transactions, including STSO, transfers and inventory levels. This includes preparing STSO Invoices and GAR. Maintain kitting shortages and SO shortages & update regularly. Maintain SO items issuance challans record maintain.
Stores Maintenance: They must maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that materials are stored properly and meets health and safety standards.
