Warehousing Analyst Customer Service & Logistics – Full time – Puebla, MexicoResponsibilities Execute warehouse operations focused on service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policy compliance.
Collaborate with key internal teams and external third‐party logistics vendors to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution.
Manage inventory activities including i Doc management, stock reconciliation, interface monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, and compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management).
Support tenders, third‐party performance management, and pallet management.
Review and analyze stock inaccuracies to guarantee accurate alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system.
Analyze capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring; introduce corrective measures when KPIs are missing or capacity needs reduction.
