Job Description
Responsibilities
- Preparing PEZA forms (8106, 8105).
- Coordination with suppliers for the required documents.
- Coordination with the brokers for the release of imported goods.
- Checking of brokers’ billing
- Facilitation of shipments and required documents and permits.
- Coordinated compliance with PEZA and BOC regarding shipments and movements.
- Monitors shipments for both import and export.
- Oversee the overall operations of the Warehouse Department.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other department to meet demand.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse leaders and operators.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
