The Warehouse Team Leader supports day-to-day operations by guiding a team of warehouse associates, coordinating key warehouse activities, and ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role actively participates in shift preparation, communicates clearly with management and other departments, and helps maintain smooth, accurate, and timely warehouse workflows.

+ Lead and support a team of warehouse associates by providing clear guidance, on-the-job training, and constructive performance feedback.
+ Allocate and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, replenishment, loading, and inventory control, to meet operational targets.
