Warehouse Team Leader

We are recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy warehouse team in Co.Kildare. This is a temp-to-perm role, offering the opportunity to transition to a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and support a team of warehouse operatives
  • Ensure daily operations run efficiently, safely, and accurately
  • Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity
  • Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts as required
  • Maintain stock accuracy and oversee dispatch processes
  • Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times

  • Valid Counterbalance & Reach FLT licences (essential)
  • Previous warehouse team leader or supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
