Warehouse & Supply Officer | Full Time | Girraween

Shift times: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM / 9AM to 5PM

The Warehouse Assistant role is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are packed and sent by the required dates, and that the warehouse is kept in an organised, clean manner.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager and Operations Supervisor, the role will focus on:

  • Oversee day to day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, safe work practices, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records using the ERP system
  • Construct and maintain stock / inventory / consumable(s) accounting systems with weekly reporting to the Business Unit Manager (BUMA) and Operations Supervisor.
